First installment payment: deliver the first installment of the project in accordance with the contract.

Material acceptance and entry: According to the material list provided by the company, the customer conducts material acceptance and signs if the acceptance is qualified.

Equipment mobilization: According to the equipment used in the engineering project, the equipment will be mobilized and placed.

On site construction: After the materials and equipment are complete, the construction personnel will carry out the construction under the supervision of the project leaders of both parties.

Mid term acceptance: The completed project will be inspected and accepted by the engineering testing agencies of both parties.

Interim payment: deliver the interim payment for the project according to the contract agreement.

Completion acceptance: Overall acceptance is carried out by the client, designer, engineering supervisor, and construction leader

Delivery of final payment: After passing the comprehensive acceptance, Party A shall deliver the final payment according to the contract.

After sales service:

In order to maintain market operation order, standardize merchant operations, strictly implement national quality standards, and create a reliable and trustworthy shopping environment for consumers, Chengwaicheng hereby promises to compensate for quality issues in advance.

1) After shopping, if there is conclusive evidence proving that the product quality is not up to standard, Chengwaicheng will compensate in accordance with this measure in advance.

2) Pre compensation conditions:

① Consumers can provide valid shopping vouchers.

② Consumers can provide inspection reports issued by authoritative national quality inspection institutions to prove that the quality of the goods is not qualified.

③ The product is within the warranty period (one year) and cannot be repaired or replaced.

④ Consumers and merchants have reached a written agreement on the handling of after-sales issues, but the merchant still fails to fulfill the agreement after 7 days from the agreed compensation deadline.

⑤ If consumers and merchants cannot reach a consensus, Chengwaicheng will negotiate with consumers to determine the compensation standards in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

⑥ Consumers can provide proof of economic losses caused to them.

⑦ Advance compensation scope: According to legal provisions, merchants are required to provide economic compensation to consumers.

3) The following situations do not apply to this method:

① Unable to provide valid shopping vouchers;

② Unable to prove that there is a problem with the quality of the product;

③ The product has exceeded the warranty period.

⑤ Merchants or brands outside the city that do not participate in the "after-sales service first compensation" are publicly announced.

⑥ Merchants who engage in fraudulent activities during their business operations shall be dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

4) If the contract signed by consumers and merchants is inconsistent with these measures, the contract shall prevail.

5) The valid shopping voucher referred to in these measures refers to the original standard version of the contract form (original and stamped with the dedicated after-sales service seal of Chengwaicheng) and the original payment voucher of Chengwaicheng.

2. Implementation Measures for Free Returns and Exchanges within 7 Days of Chengwaicheng

Consumers can enjoy the "7 day free return and exchange" service according to this measure within 7 days from the date of ordering the goods.

1) Conditions for free return and exchange within 7 days:

① The request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of signing the contract.

② If the goods have not been transported, consumers can directly handle returns and exchanges; If the goods have been transported in place or the consumer has picked them up themselves, the principle of proximity shall be adopted, and the consumer shall deliver the goods to the designated location of the merchant or negotiate for the merchant to transport them back.

③ The expenses incurred due to returns and exchanges (including but not limited to transportation fees, upstairs fees, installation fees, dismantling fees, handling fees, invoice fees, etc.) shall be borne by the consumer. When refunding, they shall be directly deducted from the already paid amount or paid separately by the consumer.

④ For returns, if the refund amount is within 10000 yuan, the merchant shall refund within 3 working days from the date of receiving the return application or the returned product; If the refund amount exceeds 10000 yuan, the merchant shall refund within 15 working days from the date of receiving the return application or the returned product.

⑤ If a return occurs and a consumer has participated in relevant promotional activities (such as lucky draws, receiving gifts, etc.) or issued an invoice, they need to return the corresponding prizes, gifts, and invoices when processing the return; If it cannot be returned, it will be deducted from the refund at the market price.

⑥ If the merchant fails to comply with the provisions of these measures, Chengwaicheng will be responsible for handling it.

2) The following situations do not apply to this method:

① Unable to provide valid shopping vouchers.

② It has been more than 7 days since the date of signing the contract.

④ Damaged, stained, incomplete, or otherwise affecting secondary sales due to consumer reasons.

⑤ Samples, special offers, or goods marked with words such as "processing".

⑦ Merchants or brands who do not participate in the "7 day free return and exchange" policy are publicly announced outside the city.

3) If the contract signed by consumers and merchants is inconsistent with these measures, the contract shall prevail.

4) The valid shopping voucher referred to in these measures refers to the original standard version of the contract form (original and stamped with the dedicated after-sales service seal of Chengwaicheng) and the original payment voucher of Chengwaicheng.

6) The after-sales service work of each venue outside the city is handled by the actual operating entities of each venue themselves.

3. Implementation Measures for Timely Delivery and Installation of Goods Outside the City

Consumers who purchase from outside the city can enjoy the "delivery on time" service according to this method.

1) Delivery on time conditions:

① This method only applies to situations where merchants deliver goods without transporting the goods in place.

② If the merchant delays delivery, they shall pay a daily penalty of 3 ‰ of the delayed product price to the consumer.

③ If only a portion of the goods in the same contract are delayed in delivery, a penalty shall be calculated based on the price of the delayed portion of the goods.

④ If the delivery and installation of ordinary goods are delayed for more than 30 days, consumers have the right to terminate the contract.

⑤ If the delay of the same product exceeds 15 days and the delay of abnormal products exceeds 60 days, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract.

⑦ If the merchant fails to comply with the provisions of these measures, Chengwaicheng will be responsible for handling it.

2) The following situations do not apply to this method:

① Unable to provide valid shopping vouchers.

② If delivery is delayed due to consumer reasons, the merchant needs to provide relevant evidence.

④ Merchants who do not participate in "delivery on time" are publicly announced outside the city.

3) If the contract signed by consumers and merchants is inconsistent with these measures, the contract shall prevail.
